What surfaces can you safely clean?

At Soft Wash Factory, we specialize in safely cleaning a variety of exterior surfaces using professional soft wash techniques. Our services are gentle enough to protect delicate surfaces while removing dirt, algae, moss, mold, and other buildup. Common surfaces we clean include:

  • Roofs (shingles, tiles)
  • Siding (vinyl, wood, fiber cement)
  • Decks and patios
  • Concrete driveways, walkways, and sidewalks
  • Fences and gates
  • Exterior windows and gutters

We always assess each surface before cleaning to ensure the method and cleaning solution are safe, preventing damage while achieving a thorough clean.

Is this product compatible with my existing soft wash system?

Most of our products are designed to be compatible with a wide range of soft wash systems, but compatibility can vary depending on your pump, hose size, and fittings. To ensure the best performance and avoid damage, we recommend checking the product specifications and consulting your system’s manual.

If you’re unsure, our team is happy to help! Just provide the model of your system, and we can confirm which products will work seamlessly with it.

Why isn’t my pump producing the correct pressure?

There are several common reasons a pump might not reach the correct pressure:

  1. Incorrect nozzle size: Using a nozzle that’s too large or too small can affect pressure.
  2. Clogged or dirty nozzle/filter: Debris can restrict water flow and reduce pressure.
  3. Leaks in the system: Check hoses, connections, and fittings for leaks.
  4. Pump unloader adjustment: An unloader valve that isn’t set correctly can cause low pressure.
  5. Insufficient water supply: Make sure the pump is receiving a consistent water flow.
  6. Worn pump parts: Over time, seals, valves, and pistons may wear and reduce performance.

Tip: Always follow the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule and consult your pump’s manual. If the problem persists, contact our team—we can help provide replacement parts if needed.

Do your systems come pre-pressurized or do I need to prime them?

We only pre-pressurize and test our systems when they’re assembled on skids, trailers, or complete setups. For single, standalone machines, they are not pre-pressurized, so you’ll need to prime them before use. This ensures your equipment runs properly and safely.

Do you ship nationwide or only locally?

We ship nationwide! Whether you’re across the state or across the country, we can get your products delivered safely and quickly. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location, and you’ll see the exact options at checkout.

How often should I replace filters, nozzles, or other wear parts?

The frequency of replacement depends on usage and the types of chemicals you’re running through your system. For most users, we recommend checking filters, nozzles, and wear parts before every major job and replacing them as needed. Regular inspection helps maintain optimal performance, ensures consistent pressure, and prevents damage to your equipment. We also provide replacement parts and guidance to make maintenance quick and easy.

Do you offer maintenance if I buy my machine locally from you?

Yes. If you purchase from Soft Wash Factory locally, we provide routine maintenance services—oil changes, filter replacements, pump service, inspections, and seasonal tune-ups.

Is this at your shop or on-site?

Most services are performed at our shop; limited on-site appointments may be available.

What’s included?

Routine items like oil changes, filters, spark plugs, pump oil checks, and standard inspections. Parts and specialty repairs are quoted as needed.
