Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Times

  • Standard shipping times vary depending on location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.

  • Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional cost.


Heavy-Duty & Custom-Built Items

  • Large items such as skids, trailers, and heavy-duty builds require extended lead times.

  • Lead times for these products can range from 2–6 weeks, depending on order volume and build requirements.

  • Customers will be notified of estimated delivery timeframes once the order is confirmed.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on product weight, size, and delivery location.

  • Oversized or freight shipments may incur additional charges. If required, we will contact you before finalizing your order.


Risk of Loss & Damages

  • All items are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping.

  • Once the order is shipped, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to the carrier.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at softwashfactory@gmail.com with photos of the damage so we can help resolve the issue.


International Shipping

  • At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.

  • If you are outside the U.S. and interested in purchasing, please contact us to discuss possible shipping options.
