Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at softwashfactory@gmail.com or 781-299-2647. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement part, repair, or other reasonable solution.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed and sent, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Warranty Claims
